Cheryl Augustine Memories, Miss Lisa. This picture made me want to thank you again. Just looking at this is making me go back in time.I know starting Samantha Augustine at the age of 3 at dance at Steppin' Out was the best thing. Lisa, you and your teachers taught Sam so much to help her become part of the person she is.Never mind the exercise, strength, grace, work ethic and building friendships that she formed. The responsibilities personally and in being a team player will be with her forever. So thank you for doing what you do with Dance and the Children. xoxo

Why Dance?

The rewards of a dance education are endless! Dance classes build confidence and self-esteem, a sense of wellbeing and belonging. Dance is movement (exercise) and art…so not only does it increase physical strength, stamina, flexibility, agility, grace and poise but increases self-knowledge and understanding. Dance is a way to express feelings of all kinds and to share a positive experience with others. Giving your child (or yourself) the gift of dance is a present that will last a lifetime!
